NOTRE HISTOIRE

Avant d’être un restaurant, Michel est un grand-père libanais qui a su transmettre à ses descendants sa passion pour la culture des bons produits et son respect de la terre. Et comme des supers produits font des supers plats, c’est traditionnellement autour d’une grande tablée que les familles libanaises se réunissent pour partager de nombreux plats.

Plus encore, le Liban regorge de petites échoppes où tout le monde se retrouve à n’importe quelle heure pour partager un houmous, des falafels ou autre shawarma. C’est cette atmosphère qui mêle convivialité et bons produits que nous avons souhaité retranscrire chez Michel.
